Changing and Rechanging Poetry
I know what happens when I return to one of my poems after a while: I rewrite it, either in reality or just in my imagination. Even though I may feel that i succeeded in my project of writing it, that itching finger wants to "do something" about it after a while. Perhaps one should follow that inclination sometimes and change one's poem with time. Also delete some which doesn't appeal to oneself anymore after some time.
