I don't believe in VALENTINES DAY
But i will tell you the sum of what i did anyway
I was ask by a friend of mine
What is life without a day of love
I said to her
I can't wait for that day
It will be like NOAH when he had to wait so long
Before he could send out the dove
Thank for a minute
What good is looking for the dollar you had in your pocket
When you have already spent it
So i look for something in a day
That have never been
Like finding a pot of gold at the rainbow's end
I hardly know when such hollidays come about
And a SOME-TIME love
I can do without
What the world looks for on certain days
I enjoy it all the time in 10 different ways
So when that day comes
You won't find me standing in VALENTINE'S doorway
A lot can be said about the day that never came
And the ones that have no one to love
And those that are REJECTED
Because they are helpless and mane
You see
I feel bad on a day that only i can enjoy
And leave out all the rest
That have no means to rejoice
So everyday fills my cup
While someone else have to depend on LUCK
So my friend said to me
Oh
I see
And i said to her
Its a matter of need
Like water and bread
Don't let the day that you need it
Be a day that you have to wait for
THAT IS A LONG WAYS AHEAD
