we stick to the rules no matter what the cost never bending.

when its convienent you come by ,we talk like the best of friends .

You leave and go home to her ,the pain never ends.

He has your eyes and your smile ,I try to keep the hurt away.

But he started asking questions just the other day.

I dont know what to say to him he would never understand.

I could'nt take away the love he has for  his dad.

But we play this game you and I ,its never ending.

I wonder to him what message were sending.

He knows that you love him lord knows that I love you .

Im tired of this game of whos fooling who.

I have to lay it on the line I know that it not fair.

I need to know if theres a future and if you 'll be there.

I have held on for so long but its ripping me apart .

we havent acted in his best interest I think its time we start.

I am ending this game that you and I play even if it kills me inside.

Its about time I got off of this roller coaster ride.
