The presents are open theres paper on the floor.
Along with the things that go back to the store.
This toy doesnt light up, this one just doesnt work.
I tell you its enough to drive a saint beserk.
The kids are full of sugar the cats full of hell.
Dear aunt Martha has yet another story to tell.
The house is a shambles from holiday guests.
The whole thing has put me to the ultimate test.
The snow is coming down like rain .
I hope noones planning to stay.
I want them all to go home.
I need time alone.
To take a deep breath perhaps have a drink.
Shit I forgot that theres dishes in the sink .
How in the world do we do it year after year.
The funny thing is we do it with cheer.
I think its time that someone speaks up.
This Christmas thing is really tough.
Smiling and shopping ,wrapping and tagging.
My sense of humour is bent and seriously lagging.
But like all of you with a smile and good cheer.
I will insanely do it again next year!
