I am a cancer survivor.I know how difficult this can be for everyone involved .I found out I had cancer when my son was 3 months old.I to had no insurance ,I also had no clue what lay ahead of me.I remember thinking "Im gonna die and who will be ther for my children".I went to a county hospital that was for people with little or no means and I was blessed,they saved my life.It was hard for me to believe that there were all of these cancer clinics and specialists but with out Donald Trumps money I didnt qualify.But a small clinic that was not in the best shape took me in without question and helped me to be here today.After fighting for a year I was cancer free but my body was tired and I suffered from kidney failure,I was given 2 days to live no promise of tomorrow.Somehow I found the strength to fight and I gave it everything I had and then some.That was in 2000,its 2008 and I am well on my road to wellness.But still there are medical doors that are closed to me .It would be very easy to cry or to bitch and complain,but it accopmplishes nothing.Everyday I get up and thank God for today .The point to all of this is ,cancer is not only a disease of the body ,you have to have a will to fight and survive.Doors will close in your face but windows will open.If you believe in God all things are possible.If you have doubt ask my children .All is not lost in this world not yet anyway if you have the will there is a way!!!!!!
