Food for thought : Adult Poetry

Of all its trials and tribulations.

The rich mans power and the poor mans strife.

I saught some kind of justification.

Why is it some have to dig and claw.

life hands them no easy escape.

While another man has gold in his jaw.

For him theres no give theres just take.

What about the woman whose title is wife.

Is she better because she has a man.

Does she mean more than the one leading the single life.

Taking care of her kids anyway that she can.

Why is it we judge the less fourtunate ones.

Is it really always there fault.

Maybe we need to be the considerate ones,

Perhaps from them we can be taught.

Life hands us no gurantee nothing is set in stone.

So how can we judge another mans life.

Before first correcting our own.
