Unclear Hatred (December 8, 2008)
By Sharon Theresa Collins
My hatred left my head unclear,
And stole away my vision.
I could not see in front of me,
Slight chance that you're forgiven.
This dusty cloud of misery,
That shares no gift of giving;
Has got to pull away from me;
Prohibiting the living.
Without a sign,
You passed from me,
And took away the fury.
Selfless judgment without reason,
I could have spent another season,
Happily within your being.
So now I wish I had a chance,
To say to you that I once knew;
I loved you more than hated you.
