Rabid Environment : Modern Poetry

written by Poet : stc001

Rabid Environment An instance of disregarded ethics,

Provides a lifetime of discern.

In the mind of the owner, A fault line layered by the land, A planet weakens by no plan. Greater glory comes from greater good,

Erratic reasoning draws no concern, Bound to morbid swelter, Shattered creatures find no shelter.

What if a caterpillar were to change,

Into a rabid butterfly?

Notably, we cannot eye,

Which of the species that is smitten,

The language bears a fluttering motion,

Culture differs greatly without linguistic notion.

Foreign captions read in every nation, Embrace the truth of conversation.

A rabid butterfly can take it's place,
And easily rebuke it's tender,
And leave no disease behind, To make the curious wander, Falls the rabid butterfly slowly to the ground, And blends to dust upon this earth, Ignorance grows stronger.

As  the rabid butterfly,

Relieves itself to rest, And takes no thought to his origin, Mankind is fraught by indecision,
