for everyone

Mine eyes report subtle the divine

Where blinding white shadows sublime

Lay behind at rest her spiritual smile--

Lighting this world- yours becomes mine.

The hands of the clock stand single file

Between compass's ever quivering line

Catching glimpses of Eternity you energized.

Where else can months turn to fleeting days

And years ellipse days in their timeless ways

Amassing  the love we have come to know--

A white blanket covering ground as snow.

Where else but here under its melting sun

Children in love towards each other run

And river beds fill to its banks until

Floating we embrace the horizon as one.

Thrilled through pane less windows

We gaze with awakened heart and soul

The times of our lives when all stood still

When moments our spirit wings unfold

It is here earth angels precious arrive…

As timeless restless lovers escape fly

Into days and nights never again to divide

Light and shade into silhouetted disguise.

For I know I have seen but with one sight

That very light became jealous day and night

In a perfect storm both time and time again

The compass needle stilled upon your eyes.
