Wonderful Father : Family Poetry

Father I loved you, father I cared

I’ll never forget those times you were there.

Now your gone, taken so suddenly

Your face in my mind always so intensely.

Stay with me father, I know your spirits near

You want to reach out and grab my fears.

I know I’ve to face my problems head on

You’ll be there to guide me and for me to lean on.

I miss you father, its been so long

I was a child when you were taken

but find face to move on.

I know you love me and are watching over me

I remember the memories there sweet and happy.

Thank you father for the time you did show

The love and affection the warmth sown.

I will always remember you with fondness and love

And seek your guidance always from up above.

To my wonderful father
