Look At Me : Modern Poetry

A moment of carity, a moment of truth,

A moment of seeing, voices turn to mute.

No time to give, no compassion or help,

Just turn away cause I’m dirty and smell.

Why I am here, you just don’t know,

Yet, judge me you do, I could grow.

Not given the chance, I am just spat apon,

No address, no identity, no one to count on.

Stop ignoring whats simply the truth,

These people ned help.

Stop prejiduce, see NEW,

Attitude needed, hypocrisy faded.

Open yourself, your mind and your heart,

don’t turn away and think its not hard.

Give a chance, ultimatums not set,

Is my bed really layed yet?
