Her Eyes
By: Julia L. Clark
Her eyes release an emancipation that softens me as the wind grazes my hair. Radio echoes out a beautiful tune that releases a vanilla perfume. Her eyes take a snapshot of my heart and reveal my truth. I yearn to be a swimmer by here in my Pacific Ocean she is my weakened link my treasure token. Emailed by her notes and in the notes I have not forgotten her eyes are soft as the skies are her limits. The tears she shed releases her voice of pain in heart spoken words of I the wed. Spar rowed in her eyes of matrimony I have been weakened to travel planes to be with her in Mount Isa.
