There's a buzz about the house today .
Mums got a new job and breakfast time is in the hands of the whiz kids .
Mum left a note on the table ,
Sorry I can't be there for breakfast this morning , that's just the way it is .
In my absence please behave and make the effort to get your
own breakfast before going to school today .
Also before school hang out the wash and if there's anything left in the cupboard make your school lunch .
OK .
Sorry if your school clothes aren't ironed
I have to go to work now and bring in some money for the family .
Dads doing shift work and apologizes he can't be there more .
We hope you understand , its not easy .
The cost of living is so high that now both your Dad and I have to have to be out working seven days a week
Mum's going to ask for a day off soon and maybe tonight
If I'm not tired we will get the chance to speak.
