We don't need lectures or two plus two ,
We're already too smart , our football crew .
Hey dude its world cup time and its so cool .
We're staying home , we're not going to school .
So don't worry if we're not on the bus.
we're in front of the TV , all of us .
You see we are the boys, the football boys ,
we plan to party and to make some noise .
We won't read or write or listen at all .
we'll be much too busy watching the ball .
So we're putting away those ball point pens .
And watching each game the satellite sends .
Its party time and we're all having fun .
Life is good and we're all happy and young .
