The USA went to the games to give their heart and soul .
With moves to prove that they have come with gold as their main goal
The USA have strength and grace and always play to win .
With stars and stripes they're colourful , so much it makes me grin .
The USA are quick to take the ball the others won't ,
The USA will make the space that others can't and don't .
The USA have pride , buried deep underneath the skin .
With athletes who run and dive and swim and jump and spin .
The USA hunger and thirst to do all that is good ,
So they've achieved success while other countries wish they could .
