During two world wars there was music and song that kept the soldiers dancing.
Prayers were said for all those who marched on continuously advancing.
Poems were written and read and loved ones at home wished that the war would end.
Jesus wept; the war poets continued to write for the death of a friend.
After the war they danced and they sang and poets read poetry aloud.
The war drums had stopped beating and the last post was played as many stood proud.
For the first time a peace bell rang out with one tone for all the world to hear.
A silent truth began to awaken the world, there was nothing to fear.
Ring that bell and sing out loud, there is time for music and love once again.
The message of hope and happiness has replaced the sorrow and the pain.
