Belfast found a way to peace and overcame all the fear,
Conquering all the differences whenever they appeared.
The greatest miracle of all is when we can forgive,
And cease to be a threat to the lifestyle that others live.

Miracles can really happen although it may seem strange.
The only way to agree is when we're prepared to change.
It's almost like a miracle to see what we've become -
A peaceful human kind all living together as one.

Sometimes I think in silence and look up into the sky,
And think of faces in the clouds then watch them drift on by.
I think of hands that once held guns who have made up amends.
It's a miracle that enemies can become good friends .
