Me Mammy has a way that makes me feel at ease .
Even when its hard for her she does her best to please .
People like me Mammy deserve a big reward ,
and the name me Mammy written on an award .
It's great to have someone like her with me here today ,
She's there to listen to the things I have to say .
Then when we go out people stop her on the street ,
and when she talks ,her dialogue is hard to beat .
Me Mammy knows lots of things about this and that ,
She always says there's many ways to skin a cat .
Me Mammy says these other things that make me laugh ,
Look at the dirt in your ears - I'm not a giraffe .
If you fall off that wall don't come running to me .
Come over here and don't move, hurry up ,says she .
Then sometimes me Mammy likes to hear herself shout ,
If you want to stay here then you better get out .
God bless me Mammy cause she made me what I am .
Now I've grown up to be me Mammy's kind of man .
