We watched helpless as the innocent died .
The world all cried .
People had something to fight and die for .
The worlds at war .
Injustice struck and good people went bad .
The world went mad .
Economy fell , bankers blew a fuse .
The world's confused.
Once there was security but it left .
The world went deaf .
Once there was credit in every shop .
The world said stop .
The push for solutions came to a shove .
The world found love .
It took tears and bloodshed then hope was found .
The world turned round .
Now we have come to the end of our rope .
The world has hope .
