Have you ever heard bombs explode  at night or  felt bullets pass in furious flight , in search of someone in their way .

If you have then you'll know fear never sleeps , tears never fall and no one ever weeps for what used to be yesterday    .

Have you ever heard screams shatter the  air , or had to run and escape here and there from killers who stalk you each day  .

If you have then you'll know your nerves are wrecked in a place where you've been left in neglect and there are no words left to say .

Gun men on the rooftops well out of sight continue their fire and keep up the fight to destroy all those in the way .

It's a never ending battle at times , no justice for the victims of war crimes who are buried deep in the clay .
