How long can a fortune last I ask you ?
There's fortunes to hold while others slip through .
There's fortunes to find while others are lost .
If you pay the price then don't count the cost .
There's fortunes of paper , go up in smoke ,
For backs that were broke its just a big joke .
There's fortunes of smoke go up in the air ,
Lets face the fact that they're going somewhere .
Fortunes of tunes for us and time to spend .
We're so fortunate , time is on the lend .
Lets try to make a tune that feels so fine ,
Picking fortunes of tunes from the grapevine .
