Christmas Mass : Religious Poetry

The bells ring out at Christmas, its time to come to mass,
It's a Christmas celebration if anyone should ask.

In the congregation the holy spirit is there ,

Directing hearts and minds to worship Jesus in prayer.

Christmas carols are sung together in unison .

The silent night has passed now and Christmas Day has come.

In front of the altar a little crib has been placed .

Many children gaze into baby Jesus'  face .

Jesus fills the needy and those without will receive,

The many gifts of his love for all those who believe .

You can't wrap up wisdom or place peace inside a box .

Jesus is standing at the door , open when he knocks  .

There at Christmas mass we remember his sacrifice .

And an everlasting life we'll share with Jesus Christ .

The priest gives a Christmas blessing to all in the crowd .

The bells ring out for Christmas ,

Jesus makes us proud .
