Horse are more than muscle and bone .
Friendship is a quality they own .
No one has the right to demand it ,
because a horse will know if you fit .
Saddles and ropes are the things we use ,
but there are some who often abuse ,
to capture a horse or break it in .
Not many take the time to just listen .
Love and trust are a powerful force
it can capture the heart of a horse .
Harsh words are like a whip from the tongue ,
on the tight reins of fear they are hung .
Rearing up ,
defying to be seized .
Galloping off ,
flying through the breeze .
Trying not to stay wild ,
they are wise .
A mystifing look in thier eyes .
Pulling up ,
shying beside the fence .
Whispering ,
trying ,
its a sixth sense .
Horse communication is a link,
no chain can tie down the things we think .
If you understand the horse there ,
they'll trust you ,
because they know you care .
