I watched a pelican peacefully pass by .
It landed on the water ,
escaping like myself to a place where there was nothing more
than an uncluttered repose of noise .
An aroma of salty sea spray clung in the air as
seagulls swayed back and forth on the breeze,
swooping down on footpaths littered with scraps,
forgotten bags and children's lost toys .
In rock pool's that collected the sunlight , a crab was there ,
in the stillness of a reflection . If the world is an oyster.
rock pool's are where crabs find compatibility
Isn't it true how easily we forget places
we pass through in our life .
Sometimes kindness can drift away from us
in a place we all know to be a cold reality
