Bleak and unique is like Autumns kiss
Life sometimes is a picture of this .
Autumn’s colours are life’s middle way ,
between the black and white there is grey
Trees in Autumn are stripped as winds blow
By acceptance of a change we grow
Do leaves hold to branches on a tree ?
No , so we must learn to let it be .
Let go and let God .
He has safe hands
He can renew life
He understands .
When Autumn mist falls its hard to see
but its only temporarily .
For in time it lifts and it is clear,
To appreciate all that is here
Do the trees mourn for leaves that are gone ?
Or will there be no change from here on ?
The answer is simple and you know
That each season will come and then go .
And as the environment changes
Everything rearranges .
And we make adjustments to our role
With a new energy for the soul .
Like the leaves I fall into his hands .
In Autumn I know God understands .
