Her red earth lies cracked open against time ,
yet she is brave and resistant in a fight to remain ,
unique is this beauty .

Within her tropics rainforests flourish and abundant life
is nestled and protected by natures environmental duty .

This land is a vast land .
Australia has a heritage and time will shed new light
on each generation to understand .

Life splashes and comes in waves as surf crashes down
on the shores of Australia ,
where the old world and the new reach out a welcome hand .

Australia can be a sanctuary ,
A living testimony .
free from the old wounds of famine and bigotry .
Australia .

As time takes us forever forward into the future,
we can only leave a place for our children .
For this is our land Australia .

This is our land we protect like a little child .
These are the roads we build .
New ideas to work .
These streets we walk day and night .

Let's make Australia a far better place .
Let Australia grow into what the world can respect
and admire and she'll be all right .
