such a shame , that you betrayed the love I gave to you
for
I had made the sky blue for you
before the moon turned red .
Oh I don’t care if you don’t
agree with the things I’ve said
as the secret of life for me
is a long time dead .
Angels
on the warpath ,
Lord save us from the wrath .
You are slow to anger
is it too late now to ask ,
for mercy and forgiveness
in the here and now
before it all comes down
and the final judgements passed .
Oh hear me cry Lord you calmed the sea
and turned water into wine ,
you’ve moved mountains for those who’ve
asked
and now Lord is the time .
Dark days are coming and doomsday lies
ahead
and the rivers are running with all the blood shed .
