God have mercy on Fathers
who at times can't be there .
They don't get recognition ,
sometimes its so unfair .
Let me tell you why a father is so tired ,
You see ,
A father brings in the bacon
for the family .
He works seven days a week
and if that's not enough ,
He apologizes for not being
there as much .
then because he puts in
such a big effort each week ,
He's so exhausted at times
that he can hardly speak.
He is judged by the cover
of a book never read ,
Father in heaven help him
to make his daily bread .
