A Punters Look At Life : Giggle Poetry

written by Poet : Paul McCann

They say get on don't make a fuss , but sometimes punters miss the bus and end up loosing what they never had .

So with this and thus it never does because it really never was meant for you and maybe that's not bad .

They say that frost can bite us and we may get Monday-ite-us so I thought that I would try and make you smile .

We may get appendicitis , dogs may even bite us, but they will never make a racecourse run a mile .

Tipsters they invite us to get on as they enlighten us  of some four legged runner that's come their way .

Bookmakers will always write us tickets for them and not us and we always change the colour of our day .

In this world we're passing through, there's more certainties and tips for you than can's of asparagus going free .

So I'd like to say good luck to you, if you're a mug punter who takes a chance on his or her own fancy .
