This year is another part of a journey for me in the human race .
I'm taking 12 personal steps towards making the world a better place.
I will take one day at a time and smell more of the roses as I go .
I will laugh much more at life and encourage others to enjoy the show .
In the new year ahead I am going to have a better state of health .
I will not get stressed up about things and make life easier on myself.
Instead of thinking I'm not liked I will discover ways to be nice .
I will give more of what I have to take and by that I mean good advice .
I will keep smiling and encourage all those around me to do the same.
When all those around me are mad I will do my very best to stay sane .
I will remain positive despite all the negative things I am told .
I will stay young at heart even though many people may think I am old .
I will make an effort to understand those who cannot see where I'm at .
In making the world a better place you must be content and live with that .
