Ashes to Ashes
We all bleed red
when we are cut.
Cry tears
when we are hurt.
Why is it hard
to understand
we were all formed
from Gods' dirt.
Life we were given
shaped from Gods' hand
We were labled the human race.
Pushed from the GARDEN
because of a fruit
cast out
from his Godly place.
Should we blame Adam
or maybe fault Eve.
For tasting
the forbidden fruit.
Serpent abound
yes they're still around
only now
they'll be wearing a suit.
From the begining
it seems we were doomed
to live life as the mortals.
Sure would be nice
if we could live twice
just by going thru some portals?
But from this body
it's back to the dirt.
Ashes to ashes to dust.
Life is fufiling
God is forgiving
but praying to God
is a must!
