As My Friend : Friendship Poetry

As my friend

As my friend I want you to know,

how you change my life and allowed me to grow.

               Your loyalty and trust I most treasure, 

you make being  friends a total pleasure, 

               honesty and bravery tip the scale,                                                                     

as my friend I know you will not fail,

 

I have no doubt you will always be there,

               never second guessing how much you care.

                          I know you feel as I do,

      one could not find a better friend than I have in you.

                      I am lucky to call you friend,

                          one I will honor til the end.
