once upon a time.
there was a little kid.
who neverr cared about what she did.
she figured one day, she'd try something new.
she met the love of her life, she didnt have a clue.
that about three years later she'd have to move away.
with out him she would be a stray.
they tried to make it work, but it was too tough.
Trust, and hope and this thing called love, was never enough.
She had to say her final goodbyes
As tears ran from her eyes
She had to figure out how to let go, how to give up, how to say no
He made her see
How letting go doesn't come so easily
Its really hard, it hurts a lot
She kept the promise rings, and things he had bought
A collection of things, over the years
He helped her get rid of her biggest fears
He was amazing
She still feels that the love is still there
Not so much anymore, but she does not care
About what people think, say or do.
She remembers the first time he said "I love you"
She'll never forget the good times and bad.
Some amazing times in their lives they shared and had.
But its time to move on
Time to let go
Time to say goodbye
For how long?
Who knows.
