I saw a snow flake today, I watched it fall slowly to the ground. A reminder of the chill yet to come.A cold wind blowing out an erie sound.
The leaves have been gone from the trees. Fall seemed to pass as fast as it came. The sun seems not to warm. Nothing seems to be the same.
Smoke filled chimney's, The fires warm glow. No more will we see the green, We'll only see the snow. The white blanket soon to be all that's seen.
Winter whispers on the wind. A new season has begun again. Struggleing family's try to make ends meet. A new president soon to take his seat. What will the next year hold. A new beginning or more of the old.
