Why do you sit and wonder? When hearing his words I ponder. Who is this man from Galilee? The one they say set's the soul free.
Pharisee called him a wine bibber, but they were so bitter. The blind say he made them to see. They say he set their spirit free.
In the garden he cryed tears of blood, the strain being so great. He ask the other to pray lest it be to late. In the end he took the stripes that belonged to me. Then to the cross, the hanging tree. There nailed to take the sin the father couldn't stand to see. He turned his back on his son. The man from Galilee. To hell he went to return with the keys. Three days passed The stone rolled away. Renewed at last. but he couldn't stay. To the right hand of the father on the throne. Yet he left me his spirit, so I'm not alone.
