Can you show me a place closer to home. Can you take me away from the pain and the moans.Can we learn to begin again. Somewhere in another time. Somewhere like back then. A new heart to find. Again I cry to the spirit that darkens my soul. The demons of my past,taking their toll. Can I ever begin to see. Something new inside of me. Something lost along the way. The darkness of another day. Master of illusion. Tell me another lie. I can see through the delusion. No more reason to cry. Nothing left to hold me. Now I'm set free,yet so cold.
