I saw the truth,yet I remained blind.Not that the truth wasn't there. But it blinded me in it's brilliance. I hid my eye's in fear. For the burning could not be denied. Nor the pain it brought me. What is the mystery if one knows it all? Or is it that I no longer seek to leave the safety of my box? Warm and shadowed in fear of the truth. Who's light would cast my shadows away? Pluck your eyes oh foolish child. What need do you have of sight? It only brings you pain. For you no longer see the beauty of the rose. You only feel it's thorns. The thorns that tore your flesh, and ripped your soul.
