Oh so young at heart, with the years to depart. Oh in youth to war's display. Child to man, in just one day. Bodies stacked and blown into pieces. With each day, body count increases.
Intruder to a soul unknown. Who life on you depends. Within the capsules of time we're shown.Until the music ends.No winner's. No loser's, just a bunch of fools. Would rather look than use a tool.
Battle raging outside my door. Yet in my world depart. For from my body gone.Gone from the heart.Never said and nothing more. One, standing with you from the start. But as said when it ends. Our fortune soon to begin.
So now we fight. Now we die. Our blood screams for victory. For there are no tears to cry. Repeat again our history. And as in the past battles won at last. But unto myself I wonder why? And sigh.
