Fall
Fall has fell, the weather is cool
All the children have gone back to school
The harvest has been gathered from the fields
Now how proud the farmer feels
They worked all spring and summer
To gather this food just for you.
The leaves on the trees are many colors
gold, red and yellow.
Many have fallen to the ground
As the cool north wind blows them down.
People celebrating Thanksgiving
Thanking God for what he has given them.
Everyone is eating turkey and ham
Sweet potato pie and candied yams.
They eat and eat until they have to pause
Then they turn on the T.V. and watch football!
