The power of positive thinking?

Sitting in my library is a Dale Carnage book.

Remember him and the dyne tics

Year after year a book comes out on this power

And church after church will tell you to tithe

“you will be blessed, financially!”

That is how these people do get rich

Of course it sales we all want to believe

If we are positive, we are going to get that thing, in life

I am here to tell you IT IS NOT TRUE

A person can’t put themselves in hock

And have faith God is going to shower money

Out of the sky, and pay your bills you charged up

Once I heard a speaker come in a church

Whining about the children in a ghetto

I gave all I had or could afford at the time for

This impoverished neighborhood & its poor black children

It turned into a refurbished posh neighborhood

And I ended up living in the ghetto

For not saving my money, and over tithing!

We are taught it takes money and debt

To finally achieve our dream

The people who get rich, are getting rich

Selling the dream, the books the schemes

Of prospering and getting wealthy

Or love, the first parking spot or promotion in life

And for certain the people who do get rich

Generally are very unscrupulous

They will do anything, including positive thinking

To suck your bucks out of your pocket

Ripping you off and then sale you their scam

And these days of high unemployment

Living in the country that has become

The land of no opportunity!

If its not a chain, you can’t stay in business

There is no opportunity in art

Its gone and to deceive anyone by sailing that dream

Is as sinful as they come

Nothing is based on talent and there are no opportunities

Or very few and the big glorious opportunities cost

They are now out of the average persons dream or reality

The bible says the just shall live by faith

This is not meant to say if you have faith

You will be rich, God can rain success on you

However the bible clearly states

The sun rises and sets on the just and the unjust

God, brings into judgment every secret thing

In Hindu mythology if you have a great life and are rich

Its because you were so good last life

I can assure you if you were so good the last life

You would not be “so called blessed” with a material life

That will eventually rob you of your soul

Think about it, how many really wealthy people

Do you know whom love God?

Few I can assure you and fewer these days

That are educated

What the promise is- god will be there for you

It doesn’t mean he is going to make you rich for service

In fact the more you serve the clearer it becomes

You are going to get the craps for it

But sale that in a book nobody wants to read

And preach that sermon in a church

To ensure no one will show up!

In the world we live in today

The rich get richer, the poor are getting way poorer

And the power of positive thinking

You can make it happen if you just believe

Is a lie, a terrible injustice to people

And its not a sermon you are going to read

On my website!

The devil controls the world

If you want to sale your soul

For success here, sucking the life out of everyone

With your so called positive thinking skills

And cheat, lie to get ahead

Go for it

For me

I have learned think of the worse case scenario

Because then your happy for a medium

We3ight out the consequences realistically

And be prepared to work your whole life very hard

For a crumb of money and success

If you truly live in integrity, morality

You could never allow yourself to sale this false vision

To the world

And teach others to be happy with a crumb

Of dignity, self respect and personal inner peace

Because this is success

And those whom have it are rarely known

Don’t get books published telling the truth

And lets face it

Even poetry and book writing has become

Another scam, dream, people are making money off of

If you are looking for some

Pep you up and lie to you financial God

You are obviously not in link with God

And you don’t know him!

This is a lesson I have learned the hard way

There is no such thing as overnight success

Or any amount of positive thoughts

That can change the world we now live in

Be kind to yourself

Learn to be happy with nothing

Expect nothing, work hard

And believe in a God who doesn’t teach that

Leave the scams to the scammers

And find inner peace, within you!

Expect the worse,

Be happy with anything!

Sure it sounds negative

But its reality!

And remember Jesus said something like

Its harder for a rich person to get into heaven

Then to find a needle in a hay stack!

the truth isn't very sellable is it!
