They put love in a box tied-
with pretty frilly expectations.
Filling them with flowers petals, thorns.
Thinking it's more than it is- putting
loves hope in unrealistic expectations.
So, many being disappointed,
with human imperfections.
They divorce, hurt- breakup, start again!
Putting love.
in a pretty box of chocolates.
Filled with fondants of silly dreams-
They fret, fume and scheme.
Doing thoughtless- in anger-
Violent, strangling acts.
Killing for what they call love.
Willing to die, for what is not
Real love-.
Some expect gifts, diamonds, and rubies
Sapphires.
Have trysts and affairs,
Losing trust-
none having trust.
Never patient enough,
To earn it.
Looking- always looking.
for the better lovers.
Not realizing the waste of time,
it is to love, when they are not loved back
wasting their lives, on others.
Putting unrealistic love,
in a box, that isn't loves real reality.
Some think it's a game, their love.
It never grows up,
Believing in some fancy version
Enacted in a television
Movie box -
A powerful dream, marketed machine.
Connived, convince, con.
Some can't cope from too much
thinking love.
–perhaps love is nothing more than a
a pheromone!
Just an unrealistic box of chemicals, genetic make up
Composed by a grand design
To mate- and stay together
As one-
Love a commercialized,
shipped packaged in a tidy box.
Most,
bail= out during the hardship.
Of reality, day to reality
of the day life sinks in-
Romanticize, fantasize,
thinking its candy
So easily made,
Dreams of love
They so in love with love-
Waiting for
Love that falls out of sky
Unwilling to compromise-
Thinking karma brings them soul mates
Instead of understanding its hard work-
Seeing fireworks, from romantic eyes
Thinking they will find
A pawn and win check mate
Putting love in a box that real love
Can never live up to, they dream of
Love none can achieve
From over expecting- not real love
Feel sorry for those who put love
In a decorated box, filled with empty
Flowers, chocolate,
dreaming of-
Pretty empty, fairy tails
They end up alone, buying
Their own pretty boxes of
Flowers, chocolate, jewelry
Things- dying alone in a mental
Ship of schemes
Waiting alone
Until they find someone who
Is never really good enough
To start love, again- again
Most the time living alone
Waiting for love
Over romantized
