ReAliTy TV : Family Poetry

My subject for today’s brain wave -----pattern is REALITY TELEVISION!

My mom inspired this--- writing--- by calling me this morning and saying

“why are they showing repeats of, the farmers wife?”

“there is nothing to watch on Tv--anymore!”

I am not certain if its due to the writers strike, or because they are letting you all catch up on the view.

FYI ;

I live in the country and I don’t chase pigs; or clean them, and don’t raise chickens. That’s Missouri, the show you state. We grow corn and soy beans around here and I don’t make quilts or play bingo- just so you know!

Some do- but few--- pigs and animals are raised on big farms shot up with antibiotics, fertilized by sperm in test tubes, and are given growth hormones to grow them fast and big- just as it has affected- people in general.-

I have found the advent of reality television the most interesting play of entertainment non-values. I am certain it is for several reasons we as Americans now prefer to watch real people,

do real things- including selling their souls

for the world to watch for a million bucks -or less to nothing- but make fools of themselves

to work for the golden calf Donny Trump

Or live in the most wretched conditions,

on an island being eaten alive by ratings.

People willing to marry, and do anything to live in and be in the BOX

Certainly, I personally find it far

more entertaining than watching

these harlots called stars beat each other up on who can plug enough botox in their faces-------- ……….--------~~~~~~~~~!

To not show any expression- or cut up and enhance themselves to look younger.

I love the faded shadowing that makes them look younger

To see their cellulite in real life and wrinkles displayed

Front and center at the grocery store-

I quit buying those when it killed Lady Diana Spencer

Feeling it killed her- the need to gossip and it

Was for is for certain for absolute certain

Killing too many trees-

For your gossip raga rags and fuels the fire kids-

The desperate housewife phase cracked me up as a viewer-

I could never figure really

Where do these tramps get the money to live in these neighborhoods and afford

their clothing?

At lease when we were boomed with tooo much

sex in the city we knew

They worked- and it did- to sky high ratings

For all of us to view the very real harsh reality

Of how many men ladies now days sleep with

Boldly on television

My big question of the day is?

Would you, could you- are you willing to sale your soul to be in the box?

I think the obvious reality is people would really rather see

REAL PEOPLE

With the extraordinary chance to see people just like them-

Behaving in any disgraceful manner to get attention

It makes the dream

A reality

Thank God the writers did go on strike

I think it made

many turn off the Televisions and get a real life?

Please do

It can be way more

Fun than living in the box

For life!
