In our deepest darkest dire hour-

When we as a people have no hope

Now we the once strong and powerful nation

become the needy

Broke busted, borrowing from no future

Our deepest dire hour

Of high tech- science running ravenous

Causing panic and religious doubt

our faiths have been rocked-

by scholarly knowledge in

Our deepest dire hour

Rocking great foundations

Too late

Something set forth an immoral time clock

The minutes are ticking

Our deepest dire hour

Corrupt business’s lied about global collateral damages

Allowing through propaganda -we raped our earth

Set forth a horrible war of defeat

Threatening a land full of sand dogs

We armed our own defeat

Mother Russia fell- now America -

Is at her foot and China owns us to boot

No hope, worry we are filled with despair

Our deepest dire hour

Corruption in government, wall street big business

Stole our security and our savings

Knocking our spirit lights out

We’ve been lied to and kicked in the groin

At a time when few have a spare coin-

We as people are filled with fear

Even, the faithful worry these days

Wondering what our world will become

In our deepest darkest most- dire hours

Let us pray-
