Setting the mood for creativity- GETTING IN THE ZONE.
Finding inner peace in creativity. Believe it or not, I have to be in the mood to be creative. I am blessed to be in the mood most the time! In my history of art, the most frequently asked question I ever receive is how do you get ideas, when you paint, draw, write? First of all I am ---the master of right brain, I made going there part of my creative journey. And have now made teaching that now of part of my creativity. I also feel this is something that makes my art, completely unique. And worthwhile to others and myself and it gives me deep personal satisfaction, inspiration because I feel I am helping others with my art, now.
I think the reason I love art so much and am so dedicated to it because it has given me so much personal satisfaction, I really want to share the wealth of that.. And there is no doubt in my mind - inner peace comes from creative abilities.
I know in my heart or hearts creative ability can be joy and great sense of accomplishment. Creative ability can be in cooking, it can be in the way you dress, decorate your house. There isn’t anything that makes me sadder than when people say they are talent less, everyone is creative in ways they don’t think!! Every human mind has the potential to be creative! It’s just too many use creative energy for negative things.
