Everytime when someone like you,
stop to listen what I have to say,
in every manner,
either babbling, complaining or beseeching,
I sense your attention, care and love;
Everytime when someone like you,
tell the truth and nothing but the whole truth,
trust builds between us,
knowing who to believe in and who is not,
the fundamental values in a friendship;
Everytime when someone like you,
walk in a gentle and steady pace,
striding neither ahead nor lagged behind,
but carrying the weight and burden together,
in times of sorrow and when pain seeping in,
your presence indeed makes my heart swell with gratitude;
Everytime when someone like you,
happy as you are,
smiling and cheerful,
eyes flickered with excitement,
even at a sheer moment,
there is a spectrum of wonderful moment,
to hold on to…a hope for true friendship;
Everytime when someone like you,
comes into my life…...........
