It started as a dot and grew into a hill,
I washed my face twice today and here it is still,
What did I eat or do to invite this blemish to my nose,
I watched it in the mirror and watched the sucker grow,
I panic then I pray and try to hide it with my hair,
Its still there, people will stare, puberty isnt fair,
Well now I see another one popping through my skin,
within a spell all can tell theirs acne on my chin,
Maybe if I tan I can rid this look upon my face,
The acne will vanish I hope this is the case,
So for now Ill have to just go on and forget about the spots,
With some time theyll be gone,
I hope the whole dang lot!
