Sand blown across the land,
Barron towns falling with the end of the rain,
People left hungry with hands held out,
The dying left to die as survival becomes our game,
Wasted water now precious to all with the thirst,
Oil wells abandoned as people pray at their church,
A famine a curse we blame on the past,
Where moms and dads abused every drop till the last,
They crawl to the end to find mother natures brew,
cool moisture sucked frome the leaves,
As mountain moistures fog deposits it\'s dew,
Desperate times and the poor get ignored,
The rich they survive drinking pool water theyve stored,
To dust do us in Ill lay next to you,
for our love is more powerful,
then life with a pool,
