You chose to abort,
A life taken with much thought,
Though your decision may seem right,
Regrets will haunt you forever for dimming this one hopeful light,

The little one no more, couldve been the joy of your life,
A journey of love and something precious now gone,
Todays mistake has been elliminated but tomorrows tears will carry on,

The easy way out has caused your heart to tare,
Now after a spell youll long for the one, that could have been, your daughter or son,

Abortion may seem right at the time but in the long run it is the regrets and the unknown that will always be imbedded in your mind. A baby is a gift, a treasure, and a life that had been given a spark of life and then quickly put out. An abortion is just a temporary fix but the start of a long term pain and emotional hurt that just keeps growing and growing.
