When I need you most is late at night,
Instead I have this pillow to hold tight,
When I need you most is when Im alone,
Instead I rule this kingdom with no queen of my own,
When I need you most is when Im feeling down,
I look for you but your not around,
When I need you most is times like these,
when Im writing, thats all I hav but its not what I need,
When I need you most is when I gaze at the stars,
But your not around your distant and far,
When I need a kiss i just get typed text on the screen,
a little ball pretending to kiss but its just not the same,
When I need a hug I long for you,
but your busy with your own life, what can I do?
I realize my needs are something you cant fulfill,
but I think of them often, yes I think of them still,
Every day that goes by with every night that takes flight,
Leaves a wondering man without you in sight,
I guess at our future but the moon might know best,
from our gazing eyes to the heavens and the bright moons lit crest,
True happiness lies in the heavens above, and maybe when we reach heaven will finally meet with forevers heavenly love...
