The night of ghosts witches and ghouls brings out more then youthful fools,
Excitement and smiles from ear to ear on a quest for candy to eat, trade or share,
But for Amy Hill its a night filled with fear as her mind brings to life everything that appears,
With phobias created from past abuse her mind runs rampant and her fears are loose,
A Simple smile on a pumpkin lit dark orange bright, makes an evil grin but only in Amys light,
While children run dressed as demons up and down the street, their painted faces reveal their out for more then tasty treats.
Lost in terror she screams a blood curdling scream, she closes her eyes in hopes its just a dream,
Pulling and tugging she feels their claws against her skin, "Wake up Amy", are you having a nightmare again?
Her mom holds her close and runs her hands through her hair, then Amy drifts back to sleep to relive another priceless scare..
